Key Facts*
We have been operating since 1927. Today, we employ 650 people at Okręgowa Spółdzielnia Mleczarska in Sierpc, relying exclusively on Polish capital.
We are based in central Poland and operate from two production facilities – Sierpc and Żuromin – located just 30 km apart, making it easy to manage both production and logistics of the Cooperative efficiently.
Our own raw material base enables us to achieve the highest and most consistent quality across all our products.
We unite 1,600 farmers, many of whom have been supplying our exquisite milk for generations.
We purchase an average of 30 million litres of milk per month.
We specialise in the production of matured cheeses – producing around 60 tonnes daily.
The remaining milk is used for the production of Italian-style cheeses and cottage cheeses.
We are constantly evolving – since 1995, we have continuously modernised and expanded our cheesemaking lines and introduced innovative
cheese products to the market, such as Markiz L. Casei Cheese, Królewski Light Cheese and Italian-style Capri Cheese.
